Communications Strategy
Our communications strategy is quite simple, really. If you want your advertising and marketing communications to perform, do these three simple things:
Figure out what you want to say. Easy, right? You’d be surprised how often clients want to jump to the solution without figuring out the goal. Are you selling cola, training new employees or revamping your Web site? It doesn’t matter. What does matter, however, is that you’re clear on the goal up front.
Talk to your audience and let them talk to you. More often than not, the audience you’re trying to reach will give you all the answers—how to win their business, how they prefer to learn, what moves you need to keep them employed—if you simply talk to them and give them a way to talk back to you.
Measure progress. That which gets measured gets done. If you can’t measure it, it’s not worth doing…you’ll never know whether you’re winning or losing anyway.
