West Cary Group Hires New Account and Creative Team Members
West Cary Group is excited to announce the hiring of three new team members to enhance our performance marketing agency. Shelley Daughtrey, Cindi Privott and Lora Hamilton will serve as senior account director, account director and creative process manager, respectively.
“Our firm is experiencing a period of tremendous growth,” says Barbara Joynes, West Cary Group senior vice president and director of account management. “The addition of Shelley, Cindi and Lora — with their combined strategic, relationship and project management expertise — enables us to support this momentum.”
Shelley Daughtrey began her advertising career as an Assistant Account Executive at Publicis and then worked as a Senior Account Executive at Targetbase. She honed her marketing talents further at The VIA Agency, where she served as an Account Supervisor. Along the way, she assisted major clients like Acura, Perdue and Verizon. Now she’s helping elevate West Cary Group’s Account Management team with her expertise in building strong client relationships and delivering campaigns that power results.
Cindi Privott worked as a Marketing Manager for a local retailer before joining Capital One, where she was a Brand Manager for more than 15 years. While there, she led integrated communications programs for new product launches, direct marketing campaigns, communication planning and implementation for mergers and acquisitions, and more. Cindi has a passion for developing insight-driven marketing that drives optimal campaign performance for her clients.
Lora Hamilton has held positions as a Banker with SunTrust and a Recruiter for Miller-Motte College. As Interim Director of Financial Aid at the Art Institute of Raleigh-Durham, she was responsible for managing a staff of five, executing on department projects and ensuring the team had the resources it needed to succeed. Lora strengthens our firm’s internal efficiencies and processes so that we can deliver client campaigns on time and on budget.
