West Cary Group Wins Internet Advertising Competition Award
West Cary Group has been recognized with a 2015 Internet Advertising Competition (IAC) Award. Our firm earned a Best Telecommunication Online Video award earlier this month for a pre-roll video we created for Vonage titled “FOLD.” Vonage is a leading provider of cloud communications services for consumers and businesses.
“We’re as passionate about the science of advertising as we are the art, and this award reflects that,” said Moses Foster, president and CEO of West Cary Group, and this year’s Mike Hughes Ad Person of the Year. “We believe that we can create memorable creative and drive bottom-line ROI for our clients, and we’re fortunate to have clients like Vonage that share in that belief.”
West Cary Group developed several pre-roll video concepts for Vonage, including “FOLD” – each emphasizing calling features and pricing while maintaining the company’s trademark wit.
The IAC Awards were established by the Web Marketing Association in 1999 to honor excellence in online advertising. Winners were determined based on creativity, innovation, impact, design, copywriting, use of medium and memorability. This year’s judges included marketing representatives from renowned agencies like Google, Razorfish and Wunderman/Y&R.
“It’s thrilling for West Cary Group to be honored for our video achievement by a panel of our peers,” said Foster. “The recognition fuels our desire to achieve even greater success for our agency and for our clients. I say this every year about our firm, but I feel like the best is yet to come.”
