ART DIRECTOR

Position Summary: Helps plan and execute art, design and other visual elements to deliver a quality end product for our content marketing client.

Role Qualifications

  • Focuses on the visual development of the product, and works closely with the Producer(s), Chief Creative Officer and Senior Art Director to ensure the quality and integrity of the product meets or exceeds product vision, and pushes the boundaries of competitive visual execution
  • Supports team’s goal of delivering world-class creative products

Position Responsibilities

  • Conceptualizes great design, preferably in print, environmental and digital channels
  • Creates design that translates across platforms and print/digital formats
  • Establishes and maintains aggressive deadlines for meeting demands for multiple client projects
  • Troubleshoots and devises solutions with both the internal art team as well as external clients
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 to 9 years of experience in art direction/design
  • Must be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator) 
  • Extremely detail-oriented and organized, with strong visual design skills; layout, typography and high graphic standards
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
  • Strong understanding of social media and web technology
  • Previous ad agency experience is a must
  • Previous experience in all print media desired
  • Previous corporate experience is a plus

COPYWRITER

Position Summary: Create verbal content for content marketing communications and advertising campaigns

Role Qualifications

  • Assists the creative team and takes a client's advertising brief and produces original copy ideas with the objective of capturing the target audience's attention, reinforce brands, and drive a client’s business forward

Position Responsibilities

  • Attends or holds meetings with account executives, at which time the client's requirements and core messages are discussed
  • Gains a deep understanding of the product, target audience and competitor activities in the market
  • Explores different ideas and concepts for both the visual and verbal elements in union with the creative team.
  • Prepares drafts of different initial options for the creative 
  • Make changes to the copy until the client is satisfied
  • Organize workload for efficient time-management
  • Meet multiple schedule deadlines on time
  • Write other types of documents such as news releases, letters of response, personal interviews, items for other departments, instruction manuals, etc.
  • Check questionable details
  • Assist team leader and other copywriters as needed
  • Consider laws governing copy such as registered and trademarked symbols, country of origin and material construction
  • Stays abreast of marketing trends, innovations, and successes
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Minimum of BA in English, Journalism, Advertising, Marketing or related field of study
  • 5-9 years writing experience in advertising or related field preferred 
  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret all forms of information
  • Ability to write for a variety of media and audiences, but primarily experienced in Direct Marketing
  • Ability to conform writing to prescribed style format
  • Excellent written and verbal communication/presentation skills
  • Ability to accept and learn from constructive criticism
  • Must be well organized and detail oriented
  • Must be team oriented but able to work independently on occasion
  • Must demonstrate tact and diplomacy
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and be able to multi-task
  • Must possess strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines (possibly working late hours and/or weekends as needed)
  • Ability to follow oral and written instructions 
  • Minimum basic knowledge of MacIntosh and associated applications

CREATIVE DIRECTOR

Position Summary: Oversees the creative team to help develop and execute our content marketing client’s strategy.

Role Qualifications

  • Must work with Account Services team to make sure the client's needs are being met and the creative goals are on track
  • Must be able to manage the creative team from concept to completion of the projects with strong leadership
  • Must lead and facilitate a variety of different creative, design, multimedia, production and marketing responsibilities while staying within the overall strategic vision outlined by company executives

Position Responsibilities

  • Attend strategy meetings for new business
  • Meet with creative team to check the status on current projects and assign new projects
  • Lead brainstorming sessions with creative team to develop ad campaigns based on client's needs
  • Create advertising proposals for clients
  • Pitch concepts to clients
  • Work closely with the Chief Creative Officer and other marketing professionals to achieve world-class creative execution
  • Other duties as assigned

 

Qualifications

  • 7-10 years experience in a creative role
  • BS/BA degree required; graphic design, marketing, advertising, communications, or related field
  • Ability to lead a team of creatives
  • Solid background in managing and executing copywriting and/or design
  • Must be willing to work long hours
  • Knowledge of each step of a campaign's process to give creatives direction, work on schedule and meet client's advertising expectations
  • Heavy background in Direct Marketing (print and digital) and a proven track record of success
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Broad based creative and design expertise in a wide variety of media
  • Brand and identity management expertise
  • Supervisory experience in leading a creative team is a must
  • Working knowledge of communication disciplines including direct marketing, marketing communications, advertising, media and public relations, printed and electronic design, web design, strategy development and project management
